Working with some of the world’s most recognized automotive brands, she has built her career at the intersection of strategy and creativity, turning business objectives into bold ideas and guiding them from concept to experience.

Her leadership style is collaborative and curious, giving teams the clarity, vision, and support to do great work and bring ideas to life.

Tesha’s connection to automätik spans multiple chapters of her career. After several years with our company, she stepped away to expand her creative leadership experience before returning with fresh perspective, broader expertise, and a deeper understanding of the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Tesha is an avid traveler who has backpacked through more than 75 countries across all seven continents, always looking for the next place, culture, and experience to explore.
