Martin’s leadership journey spans hospitality, fintech, clean energy, automotive-adjacent industries, and experiential design. His career has been shaped by building high-performing teams, launching go-to-market strategies, and creating experiences that earn trust, invite participation, and stick long after the moment has passed.

Before joining automätik, Martin spent over a decade with Marriott International in event management, sales, and B2B account management, followed by senior leadership roles in the solar and EV sectors, where he helped scale Tesla and other national organizations, develop strategic partnerships, and lead growth initiatives in complex, fast-moving markets. Across every chapter, a consistent throughline has guided his work: people first, clarity always, and design with purpose.

As VP – Creative, Martin serves as a steward of automätik’s creative vision, focused on developing leaders, simplifying systems, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that learning experiences are as grounded and effective as they are inspiring. He believes the best creative work balances restraint with imagination and that great experiences are built not just to impress, but to serve.

Martin is a family man—proud husband, father (of 2), and new grandpa (of 1). Outside of work, he is active in his local church, a lifelong car enthusiast and track-day regular, and enjoys international travel, outdoor sports, and time spent exploring new places with family and friends.
