She thrives in rooms full of leaders, tight timelines, and complex challenges, bringing calm, structure, and momentum when it matters most.

Jinneh has 20+ years of experience designing and delivering leadership development and high-impact communication in real-world, high-stakes environments. Her background spans nonprofits and education, mental health and healthcare, pharmaceutical organizations, and large-scale, multi-site operations, including rail. Across every chapter, her work has been guided by a consistent theme: performance powered by mindset.

On automätik’s Creative team, Jinneh helps design, develop, and facilitate immersive learning experiences that are engaging, research-informed, and built for real-world application. Known for executive presence, message precision, and steady, results-focused energy, she turns participation into performance and learning into action.

Outside of work, she’s all in on family and sports, especially basketball, and proudly reps burnt orange as an avid Texas Longhorns fan [Hook ’em]. In addition to her role at automätik, she serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Southern Methodist University, where she enjoys sharpening minds, building confidence, and helping the next generation of leaders show up strong.
