ADAM YOST

The 1980s were Adam’s formative years. Always good for an opinion, he believes the ‘80s produced some of the most iconic music, sports, and certainly cars of his lifetime. (Admittedly, the hair and clothes remain an embarrassing low point!) Posters of the 911 Turbo, Countach, and F40 were just a few that hung on his bedroom walls; it’s fair to say he has been a “Car Guy” forever.

After moving from Ohio to Arizona in 1998, Adam started in the automotive industry like so many others: Retail Sales. From the moment he completed his first sale – a pre-owned INFINITI i30 – he has remained in the industry. Throughout the ensuing decades, a portion of Adam’s experience has included several in-dealership roles such as Sales, Service Advisor, Management, and SaaS vendor. However, the greatest portion of his experiences have been with automätik.

Based once again in Ohio, Adam combines his skills and knowledge of the automotive industry, training development, human interactions, and attention to detail to lead the Creative Quality department. Serving as automätik’s proverbial guardrail, this group challenges creative thinking and development, oversees processes, accuracy, and efficiency, follows through on cascading decisions, and always wonders how we can deliver more that is expected.

With two amazing grown children, a powerful wife, and a career unlike any other, Adam firmly believes he has been blessed beyond measure.
